Samosa
All purpose flour 125g
Oil or butter 3 table spoon
1/2 tablespoon of palsy or thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Warm water
For d filling
200g minced beef or chicken
2 medium irish potato
2 hand full of green peas
2 medium carrots
Spring onion
1/8 garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry
1 Maggi cube
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Salt a pinch
Cameroon pepper and oil if u r frying,
Method
Cut d spring onion into tiny circles and set aside, wash and peel d irish potato and carrots, cut into very tiny bitz and cook in salted water for 5 mins(if u r using fresh peas add it to d carrot and potato and cook for 5 more mins days 10 mins in total) cook until all are soft, strain and set aside.
Heat up d oil in a pot add the spring onion, garlic, curry and Cameroon pepper and stir fry for few seconds, add d minced meat and stir fry until d color changed from pink to a pale color, if u r using chicken d color will b white, add d Maggi cube,pepper and salt to taste den add d cooked vegetables mix thoroughly set aside and leave to cool.
Pour d flour into a bowl add salt and 3 tablespoons of oil or magerine, add d warm water and mix well until elastic den u cover and wrap den leave to rise for 15mins, after 15mins knead the dough to make it more elastic, cut and roll out a bit make sure it's not too thin, using a circular cutter, cut out d rolled dough remove d excess dough at d cornres, rub water on d straight edges and shape into a cone, fill it in wit the sauce Lil by Lil and cover.
Heat up oil nd fry until brown den u put out in a serve to drain d oil and enjoy. If u r baking it's 180c bake for 15mins.
