Method
Cook goat head wiv onion, cut d utasi and wen d meat is done, set d meat aside, pour palm oil in a dry pot, pour in d potash add d pepper and mashed brain,ehuru and utasi and mix well, take back to d stove and allow to heat, garnish wiv onion and utasi
