asun recipe

   Asun
1.2kg goat meat (cut wiv d skin)
Fresh pepper according to taste
1 medium onion
3 big stock cubes
1 teaspoon thyme
Cameroon pepper
Salt
vegetable oil
             To garnish
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
    
            Method
Cut d goat meat, d skin must b inclusive wash and put in a pot add d maggi, and oda spices and put in d fridge for 1 hr, cut or blend d onion and pepper and set aside, after 1 hr bring out d meat from d fridge pour water and cook, wen d meat s ready lay flat on an oven pan and grill for 15mns,
     Method for garnishing
Wash d red, green Peppered and onion and arrange on tooth pick, wen d meat s grilled fry in a hot oil and add d pepper sauce, arrange in d tooth pic and serve.
