doughnut recipe

                  Recipe for 15 doughnuts
Flour 450g
Yeast 2 tablespoon, 15g fresh
2 tablespoon plain flour
Water 5 tablespoon
Melted butter 25g
1 egg
Warm water 220ml
Sugar 50g
1 teaspoon salt

                  Method
Get a clean bowl, sieve flour and add all dry ingredients, eg yeast, nutmeg and add in butter and mix together, break ur egg in d warm water nd  whisk properly, make a hole in between d dry flour and pour in d liquid, mix throughly and clean d fomika board or any board; dry wiv a dry cloth, pour d mixture on it and knead well, pour inside a dusted  bowl, cover and leave to rise for 30 mins, den bring back and knead again d 2nd time, cut into desired sizes and leave outside for anoda 30 mins , fry in a deep fry oil. (very hot oil)
