abacha {African salad] recipe

Abacha (African salad)

Abacha 3 handful
Uganda 2 cups
Palm oil 30cl
Akun (potash)
Crayfish 2 hand full
Ehuru seeds
Iru/Ogiri
3 leaves of utasi
Kpomo
Garden eggs
Garden egg leaf
1 onion
         Method
Pour oil in a bowl,soak d potash inside water wen it has dissolved pour d water inside d oil,and stir until it forms a yellowish paste, add d ehuru, maggi, crayfish, onion and urban stir well and add d utasi, gardenegg, fish and onion
