hamburger buns recipe


Milk 30ml spoon
Water 220ml
Butter 30g
Bread flour 420g or (3 & half cup)
Sugar 37g (2 & half teaspoon)
2 eggs
Salt 1 & half teaspoon
1 egg broken with 2 teaspoon of water for egg washing sea same seed (sprinkle on top after egg washing) optional
                            Method
In a small saucer pan combine the milk,wate and butter over medium heat until butter is melted, cool for 3 minutes in another bowl 2 cups  of flour, yeast and sugar, add the warm water mixture followed by the egg and mix throughly, pour in a dust fomika board and knead well, place in a bowl and leave to rise ( dust bowl) knead the second time, cut into ball trim the edges, brush will egg (egg wash) bake to 20 -25.
