fried rice recipe

Fried rice
Rice 750g
Vegetable oil
Chicken (whole chicken or drum sticks)
Cow liver 150g
Yellow curry powder 1 tablespoon
Green beans a handful
5 medium sized carrots
Salt
3 medium onions
3 knorr cubes
1 teaspoon thyme
        Method
Cut down carrots, green pepper, great beans and soak separately In warm water for 5mns, after 5 mind strain water den u cut 1 bulb of onion and set aside, cut down chicken into pieces and cook win d knorr cubes, thyme and 2 bulbs of onion wen done deep fry, per boil rice and pour in a sieve pour d chicken stock in a serve too to drain water, pour stock in a pot and set on d fire to boil, once boiled add d rice n d curry, wen d rice is boiled transfer into a dish, pour groundnut oil into a pot, wen it's hot add d onion n stir for 10 secs, add d liver nd den d rice, add more curry and salt as desired.
