pepper gizzard or meat

         Peppered meat or gizzard
Gizzard 500g -20 gizzards
Fresh pepper to u r taste
2 medium onion
1 teaspoon thyme
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon

    Method
Peel do inner skin of days gizzard and put in a pot, cut down onion into big chunks, pound or blend do pepper wives no water, marinate (soak) d gizzard wiv seasonin, add d stock cube, thyme and onion pour a Lil water and cook, wen d gizzard ready, remove d onion, increase d heat and stir well until all d liquid s absorbed, add salt and stir properly. Lay d gizzard  in an oven pan and grill until up side down now grill too, heat d vegetable oil in another pot, add d pepper and grilled  gizzard and stir well,( insert tooth pics now serve)
