Nigerian mom mom recipe

   Moi moi
250g bean flour
2 table spoon crayfish
3 big stock cubes
I teaspoon nutmeg
2 onion
Salt n pepper to taste
Tatashe pepper
Tomato paste
3 spoons vegetable oil
2 litres of cold water
Eggs, bone marrow or corn beef (any 1)
        Method
Mix d bean flour wiv water, add all ingredients and add maggi, put a pot of water on fire to boil, if u r us in eggs cut into big chunks, if corn beef(set d beef aside and put separately as u tie) if it's bone marrow boil separately and put as u tie, add d tied moi moi in d pot of boiling water, wen it has caked bring it down and allow to cool. Serve wiv pap.
