Coleslaw
1 cabbage
1 green pepper
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
1 tin green peas
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
A pinch of salt
Heinz salad cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method
Cut and grate all vegetables, add all together and mix wiv salad cream nd mayonnaise,salt and sugar, intermix and leave to chill.
