    Method
Cook goat head wiv onion, cut d utasi and wen d meat is done, set d meat aside, pour palm oil in a dry pot, pour in d potash add d pepper and mashed brain,ehuru and utasi and mix well, take back to d stove and allow to heat, garnish wiv onion and utasi

         Method
Pour oil in a bowl,soak d potash inside water wen it has dissolved pour d water inside d oil,and stir until it forms a yellowish paste, add d ehuru, maggi, crayfish, onion and urban stir well and add d utasi, gardenegg, fish and onion

Nigerian mom mom recipe

250g bean flour
2 table spoon crayfish
3 big stock cubes
I teaspoon nutmeg
2 onion

2 litres of cold water
Eggs, bone marrow or corn beef (any 1)
        Method
Mix d bean flour wiv water, add all ingredients and add maggi, put a pot of water on fire to boil, if u r us in eggs cut into big chunks, if corn beef(set d beef aside and put separately as u tie) if it's bone marrow boil separately and put as u tie, add d tied moi moi in d pot of boiling water, wen it has caked bring it down and allow to cool. Serve wiv pap.

           Method
Wash and cut d tomato, carrots, cabbage and pepper, scrape carrots be cutting, peel d irish potato, cut into small pieces and blend into a thick paste,wash d chicken nd cut into small pieces and cook wiv spring onions, maggi, thyme add chopped tomato and cook den add carrot, finally add d potato paste and cover to boil.

         Method
Cook d beef and dry fish wiv onion and maggi, cut d scent leaf and boil d banga, xtract all d oil and boil, put all ingredients and allow to boil a bit.

coleslaw recipe

   Coleslaw
1 cabbage
1 green pepper
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
1 tin green peas
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
A pinch of salt
Heinz salad  cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
               Method
Cut and grate all vegetables, add all together and mix wiv salad cream nd mayonnaise,salt and sugar, intermix and leave to chill.

5 carrots

        Method

Cut d lettuce into small shredds, scrape and grate d carrots, peel and cut d boiled potato, peel and remove d seeds from d cucumber, remove d seed from d tomato and cut and put all in separate containers, place all ingredients in a salad bowl Lil by little, place d  eggs too covering d top, put in fridge and chill, serve wiv Heinz salad cream.

Wash carrots n green pepper n dice put in warm water for 5 mns, wash and boil d chicken wiv seasoning, wen its ready pour d chicken stock in d pot and boil wiv d per boiled rice, wen almost ready add d carrots n green pepper and allow to dry.

Vegetable oil
Chicken (whole chicken or drum sticks)
Cow liver 150g
Yellow curry powder 1 tablespoon
Green beans a handful
5 medium sized carrots

3 knorr cubes
1 teaspoon thyme
        Method
Cut down carrots, green pepper, great beans and soak separately In warm water for 5mns, after 5 mind strain water den u cut 1 bulb of onion and set aside, cut down chicken into pieces and cook win d knorr cubes, thyme and 2 bulbs of onion wen done deep fry, per boil rice and pour in a sieve pour d chicken stock in a serve too to drain water, pour stock in a pot and set on d fire to boil, once boiled add d rice n d curry, wen d rice is boiled transfer into a dish, pour groundnut oil into a pot, wen it's hot add d onion n stir for 10 secs, add d liver nd den d rice, add more curry and salt as desired.

shortbread recipe

Short bread biscuits
Butter 125g
180g flour
90g sugar
55g (caster brown sugar)
Rice flour 50g
           Method
Cream butter and sugar, add d flour to get a smooth  thick paste, turn into a formika board and roll into shapes, pour into a baking pan and sprinkle caster sugar on it and bake for 20mins.

pancake recipe

     Pancake
150g flour
2 eggs
125ml of milk
2 tablespoon magazine
250ml of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
6 teaspoon sugar

      Method
Melt d magerine in a bowl in microwave, break 2 eggs into d melted butter, add 1/2 cup of water, add flour not mix well until dere r minimal lumps, add milk, salt, sugar, pepper, and d remaining water and stir well den u blend d mixture wiv a blender to get d pancake batter, add onion and fry wiv oil.

Club sandwich recipe

Club sandwish
4 slices of bread
1 boiled egg
1 fresh tomato
1 medium carrot
1/4 small cabbage
2 pieces of sandine
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon mayonnaise

        Method
Wash and scrape d carrots, remove seeds from tomato and wash vegetables properly, grate carrots very well, grate carrots little by little and cut tomato into small bits, add mayonnaise to d tomato, carrot, egg and cabbage and mix properly and set aside, mash d sardine and butter together, cut a slice of bread spread d sardine and butter on it and close, do one more slice of d sandine and butter, take another slice and put d mayonnaise  and carrot mixture on it,   arrange d butter and sandine at d edges and d carrot mixture in d middle, cut into desired shapes.

1.2kg goat meat (cut wiv d skin)

            Method
Cut d goat meat, d skin must b inclusive wash and put in a pot add d maggi, and oda spices and put in d fridge for 1 hr, cut or blend d onion and pepper and set aside, after 1 hr bring out d meat from d fridge pour water and cook, wen d meat s ready lay flat on an oven pan and grill for 15mns,
     Method for garnishing
Wash d red, green Peppered and onion and arrange on tooth pick, wen d meat s grilled fry in a hot oil and add d pepper sauce, arrange in d tooth pic and serve.

Gizzard 500g -20 gizzards
Fresh pepper to u r taste
2 medium onion
1 teaspoon thyme
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon

    Method
Peel do inner skin of days gizzard and put in a pot, cut down onion into big chunks, pound or blend do pepper wives no water, marinate (soak) d gizzard wiv seasonin, add d stock cube, thyme and onion pour a Lil water and cook, wen d gizzard ready, remove d onion, increase d heat and stir well until all d liquid s absorbed, add salt and stir properly. Lay d gizzard  in an oven pan and grill until up side down now grill too, heat d vegetable oil in another pot, add d pepper and grilled  gizzard and stir well,( insert tooth pics now serve)

Flour 500g
Sugar 4 tablespoon
Salt a pinch
Butter 100g
Bakin powder 4 level tablespoon
Milk 1 spoon
Milk flavor 1 tablespoon

         Method
Seive flour and put all dry ingredients, add water Lil by Lil and fry till golden brown.

    Puff puff
Flour 500g
Sugar 80-100g
Yeast 1-2 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon
Water 11/2 cup (warm water)

       Method
Seive d flour into a bowl, in anoda bowl mix d salt, sugar and yeast in warm water, pour in d flour gradually and mix until elastic, cover and allow to rise for 45mins in a dust bowl, scope wiv hand and fry until golden brown.

                 Method
In a clean bowl serve flour, add sugar baking powder and nutmeg, mix together and rub in butter until it becomes like bread crumbs, add a pinch of salt nd add water little by little, add flour wile moulding to avoid being sticky, cut, mould wiv egg nd fry.

Flour 500g
Butter 50g
Sugar 5-8 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
1 egg
1 cup warm water
50g Currant or mix fruits
70g powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon preservative
2&1/8 teaspoon bread Improver
                      Method
Measure flour & butter into a bowl and salt and nutmeg and rub in until mixture is like bread crumbs, in another bowl mix one cup of warm water, powdered milk and yeast, mix together until well mixed, make a well in the center of the mixed flour and pour in all liquids, and mix with hand, pour in a dust formica board & knead until elastic, place the dough in a dust bowl for I hour, turn rising dough out into a slightly dust surface  and deflect dough (punch it so it would come out) grease a look pain shape and place in pan by stretching  into a rectangular bread size and add your Currant bake for 45 mins

Flour 300g

U can add (coconut,chocolate or pour sugar at the tip b4 baking

Cream butter and king sugar until well
creamed, add the flour and whisked egg, mix together then pour in mixture using piping bag to cut into shapes, bake for 15-20 mins make sure it is well measured

spring roll recipe

Spring rolls
300g minced chicken
250g cabbage(finely shirreded and grated)
4 medium carrots (peeled or grated)
Chicken stock(substitute wiv water, maggi $ salt)
1 green pepper (diced in squares)
1 hand full of green peas
1 small onion (minced or finely sliced)
Spices (maggi, curry $ Cameroon pepper)
Vegetable oil for frying
15 spring roll wrappers
1 tablespoon of flour
3 tablespoon of cold water

    Method
Place d grated cabbage into a pot, add d chicken stock and said to taste and boil until d cabbage is tender, in d absence of d chicken stock, u can make use of d stock cubes and water, add d carrots not green peas into d boiling cabbage until dey r tender den pour into a strainer and strain out d liquid from d vegetables, in a pan heat up a cooking spoon full of vegetable oil add d minced onion and garlic powder and fry a bit den add d minced chicken, stir fry d minced chicken until d color changes from pink to white, add d stock cubes,curry and pepper and mix very well, now add d strained vegetables and mix well into d chicken, add d chopped green pepper not stir fry for 2mins, in a small bowl purchase a tablespoon of flour, add a little water, mix


And set aside(d's will b used to bind d spring roll papers) spread out d spring roll papers add d filling, fold together and seal d edges with d binder, heat up d oil nd fry d rolls in til rusty brown, place d paper towel to drain d excess oil, u can also bake in 200c for 10 -15 mins(brush wiv little oil and bake)

samosa recipe

  Samosa
All purpose flour 125g
Oil or butter 3 table spoon
1/2 tablespoon of palsy or thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Warm water

       For d filling
200g  minced beef or chicken
2 medium irish potato
2 hand full of green peas
2 medium carrots
Spring onion
1/8 garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry
1 Maggi cube
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Salt a pinch
Cameroon pepper and oil if u r frying,

     Method
Cut d spring onion into tiny circles  and set aside, wash and peel d irish potato and carrots, cut into very tiny bitz and cook in salted water for 5 mins(if u r using fresh peas add it to d carrot and potato and cook for 5 more mins days 10 mins in total) cook until all are soft, strain and set aside.
Heat up d oil in a pot add the spring onion, garlic, curry and Cameroon pepper and stir fry for few seconds,  add d minced meat and stir fry until d color changed from pink to a pale color, if u r using chicken d color will b white, add d Maggi cube,pepper and salt to taste den add d cooked vegetables mix thoroughly set aside and leave to cool.
Pour d  flour into a bowl add salt and 3 tablespoons of oil or magerine, add d warm water and mix well until elastic den u cover and wrap den leave to rise for 15mins, after 15mins knead the dough to make it more elastic, cut and roll out a bit make sure it's not too thin, using a circular cutter, cut out d rolled dough remove d excess dough at d cornres, rub water on d straight edges and shape into a cone, fill it in wit the sauce Lil by Lil and cover.
Heat up oil  nd fry until brown den u put out in a serve to drain d oil and enjoy. If u r baking it's 180c bake for 15mins.
