Nigerian buns recipe

   Buns
Flour 500g
Sugar 4 tablespoon
Salt a pinch
Butter 100g
Bakin powder 4 level tablespoon
Milk 1 spoon
Milk flavor 1 tablespoon
Flavor of any choice 1 drop

         Method
Seive flour and put all dry ingredients, add water Lil by Lil and fry till golden brown.

puff puff recipe

    Puff puff
Flour 500g
Sugar 80-100g
Yeast 1-2 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon
Water 11/2 cup (warm water)

       Method
Seive d flour into a bowl, in anoda bowl mix d salt, sugar and yeast in warm water, pour in d flour gradually and mix until elastic, cover and allow to rise for 45mins in a dust bowl, scope wiv hand and fry until golden brown.

Nigerian egg roll recipe

    Egg roll
Flour 500g
Butter 100g
Baking powder 2leveled teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/8 spoon
Egg 1
Milk flavor 1 tablespoon
Milk 1 teaspoon
Flavour a drop
Sugar 41/2nd of spoons
Grountnut oil
                 Method
In a clean bowl serve flour, add sugar baking powder and nutmeg, mix together and rub in butter until it becomes like bread crumbs, add a pinch of salt nd add water little by little, add flour wile moulding to avoid being sticky, cut, mould wiv egg nd fry.

currant bread recipe

        Currant bread
Flour 500g
Butter 50g
Sugar 5-8 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
1 egg
1 cup warm water
50g Currant or mix fruits
70g powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon preservative
2&1/8 teaspoon bread Improver
                      Method
Measure flour & butter into a bowl and salt and nutmeg and rub in until mixture is like bread crumbs, in another bowl mix one cup of warm water, powdered milk and yeast, mix together until well mixed, make a well in the center of the mixed flour and pour in all liquids, and mix with hand, pour in a dust formica board & knead until elastic, place the dough in a dust bowl for I hour, turn rising dough out into a slightly dust surface  and deflect dough (punch it so it would come out) grease a look pain shape and place in pan by stretching  into a rectangular bread size and add your Currant bake for 45 mins

cookies recipe

COOKIES
ingredients
Butter 200g
Flour 300g
Icing sugar 150g     
Egg 2
Flavor 1 teaspoon
U can add (coconut,chocolate or pour sugar at the tip b4 baking
Precedure
Cream butter and king sugar until well
creamed, add the flour and whisked egg, mix together then pour in mixture using piping bag to cut into shapes, bake for 15-20 mins make sure it is well measured

spring roll recipe

Spring rolls
300g minced chicken
250g cabbage(finely shirreded and grated)
4 medium carrots (peeled or grated)
Chicken stock(substitute wiv water, maggi $ salt)
1 green pepper (diced in squares)
1 hand full of green peas
1 small onion (minced or finely sliced)
Spices (maggi, curry $ Cameroon pepper)
Vegetable oil for frying
15 spring roll wrappers
1 tablespoon of flour
3 tablespoon of cold water

    Method
Place d grated cabbage into a pot, add d chicken stock and said to taste and boil until d cabbage is tender, in d absence of d chicken stock, u can make use of d stock cubes and water, add d carrots not green peas into d boiling cabbage until dey r tender den pour into a strainer and strain out d liquid from d vegetables, in a pan heat up a cooking spoon full of vegetable oil add d minced onion and garlic powder and fry a bit den add d minced chicken, stir fry d minced chicken until d color changes from pink to white, add d stock cubes,curry and pepper and mix very well, now add d strained vegetables and mix well into d chicken, add d chopped green pepper not stir fry for 2mins, in a small bowl purchase a tablespoon of flour, add a little water, mix


And set aside(d's will b used to bind d spring roll papers) spread out d spring roll papers add d filling, fold together and seal d edges with d binder, heat up d oil nd fry d rolls in til rusty brown, place d paper towel to drain d excess oil, u can also bake in 200c for 10 -15 mins(brush wiv little oil and bake)

samosa recipe

  Samosa
All purpose flour 125g
Oil or butter 3 table spoon
1/2 tablespoon of palsy or thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Warm water

       For d filling
200g  minced beef or chicken
2 medium irish potato
2 hand full of green peas
2 medium carrots
Spring onion
1/8 garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry
1 Maggi cube
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Salt a pinch
Cameroon pepper and oil if u r frying,

     Method
Cut d spring onion into tiny circles  and set aside, wash and peel d irish potato and carrots, cut into very tiny bitz and cook in salted water for 5 mins(if u r using fresh peas add it to d carrot and potato and cook for 5 more mins days 10 mins in total) cook until all are soft, strain and set aside.
Heat up d oil in a pot add the spring onion, garlic, curry and Cameroon pepper and stir fry for few seconds,  add d minced meat and stir fry until d color changed from pink to a pale color, if u r using chicken d color will b white, add d Maggi cube,pepper and salt to taste den add d cooked vegetables mix thoroughly set aside and leave to cool.
Pour d  flour into a bowl add salt and 3 tablespoons of oil or magerine, add d warm water and mix well until elastic den u cover and wrap den leave to rise for 15mins, after 15mins knead the dough to make it more elastic, cut and roll out a bit make sure it's not too thin, using a circular cutter, cut out d rolled dough remove d excess dough at d cornres, rub water on d straight edges and shape into a cone, fill it in wit the sauce Lil by Lil and cover.
Heat up oil  nd fry until brown den u put out in a serve to drain d oil and enjoy. If u r baking it's 180c bake for 15mins.
